The Pavement Education Project or PEP is a nonpartisan initiative to educate North Carolinians on a variety of issues. PEP participants share information so that citizens can make informed decisions about educating their children, caring for their families, and committing to issues in their communities. A PEP may be equated to a friendly flashmob that informs rather than entertains.
